Mr. H provides a complete flooring service to Landlords direct who's properties serve mainly longer term professional tenants.
The products we use for rentals are normally of a tough loop pile construction and made of polypropylene that is bleach cleanable and extremely hard wearing and easy to maintain by the tenants. Vinyls for wet areas have anti-slip wear ratings.
Quick turn around times are usually expected by Landlords and Mr. H can install to completion within a week or less in urgent circumstances.
Mr. H will install all rental carpets to a high standard that any landlord would expect if it were for their own homes. We do not cut corners just because it's a rental!
Generally Mr. H will not supply and install flooring for rentals through letting agents but will only deal direct with Landlords unless our costing's are presented direct to them.
By us serving the Landlord direct we can insure the right products are used and costs are not increased as a profit to the agents.
