All our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 Year from fitting date and in the rare event that any adjustments to installations need to be made afterwards then a nominal service charge will apply.
All products supplied carry a 1 year unconditional guarantee providing reasonable application of such product is made and where our manufacturers extend their warrantee then this will be considered should any complaint arise due to lack of performance.
We will not cart away anyone's old bug infested carpets on our vehicles but can arrange alternative methods of disposal if required. By this you can be assured your new carpet is as clean as the day it left the mill.
We will not cut any new carpets in your drive or worst still, in the street. All Pre-Cutting of your new flooring is carried out at our own clean cutting rooms here at Mr. H Carpets.
